Integrity Finishes of Tampa Bay transformed a garage that was in pretty bad shape and made it part of the home. They painted the ceiling and walls then worked on the floor. This included diamond grinding to remove existing failing coating and provide a profile on the concrete that the epoxy can really bite in to. Afterwards they applied the Hyper Bond three part epoxy with full flake. The flake melts into the epoxy to become an intricate part of the floor. They back the next day and applied a top clear coat of Polyaspartic to create a floor you can drop hammers on without any concern to cracking or defacing the floor. This floor system will last for years and years.
Estimated Budget: $3,500
