With the Holidays fast approacing and the end of the year around the corner, as a business owner there are many things to do. This morning I cleaned out my office. I took down the hundreds of post it notes, many hiding what were once great ideas or the phone number I couldn't find anywhere. Reviewing our policies and procedures for our employees,and updating as needed. This year we are emplimenting our customer satisfaction surveys and pre job inspections. I am sure this will help us to fine tune our services. My wife and I sit down every evening to sign and address our Christmas cards for our customers and friends. Thanksgiving dinner, Christmas parties, New Years Eve. Another year past and I wouldn't change a thing.
