▣ Cheap VS Value

A lot of times I'll hear " The bottom line is the cheapest price". But if you take the time to look at the VALUE of what you are getting for that " CHEAP PRICE". Is it really to your advantage? Will this contractor be dependable? Will they still be in business when you need them at such low prices? Or will you have to go through all the headaches of finding another contractor to work with? Will they be returning your calls? Do you really feel comfortable with someone who is that desperate for work? Do they know what they are doing? Are they sloppy? will they make more work for you with the mess they dreate? Will there be add-ons from things that were forgot to be included? Will you be running to the paint store? Will you be stressing or loosing sleep? Do you trust them in your home? Maybe you should listen to that gut feeling and think twice. Is cheaper the better value?
